Property Policies
Check In/Check Out Details:
Check in any time after 3 pm
Check out 10 am
Weekly rentals run from 3 pm Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday. We may be able to accommodate special dates and check in/check out times, please call in advance.
Monthly rentals begin on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the month.
Parking:
Chateau by the Sea provides free parking for guests of the condominium. You will need a Parking permit. One will be mailed to you with your contract. Let me know how many you need.
PARK ONLY IN OPEN SPACES. DO NOT PARK UNDER THE COVERED PARKING AREA. YOU WILL BE TOWED.
Office is open: Mon. 1 pm - 4 pm , Wed. 9 am - 2 pm, Fri. 1 pm - 4 pm
Housekeeping, Garbage & Recycling:
A Housekeeping service will clean your rental unit after you check-out at the cost agreed upon in your Lease Agreement. Upon your departure, please remove all trash and perishable items from your rental unit and place them in the containers outside of the property. Garbage should be placed in plastic bags and sealed prior to depositing them in the trash chute (by the elevators) or dumpster. There is also recycling bins next to the north fence across from the dumpster room.
Maintenance & Repairs:
The Chateau office staff is there only to help maintain the building grounds. If mechanical systems
(air conditioning units, refrigerators, etc.) malfunction, please call Bill Winger at 937-298-1342 or
937-602-2468. Every effort will be made to make repairs as quickly as possible. It may also be necessary
for us to enter your rental condo during reasonable hours to perform various maintenance duties.
If it is, we will make every effort not to inconvenience you on you.
Other Important Info:
• You must be at least 23 years old to rent one of our condo units.
• If complaints are made about any disturbances, or missuse of the condo or surrounding property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental without refund.
Please do not jeopardize your vacation!
• Sorry, no pets.
• No smoking is allowed in our rental units.
